Built in 2010 from the ground up as the Roundhill Shepherd Huts company tea room (hence the name).
This vintage style hut would make an extremely unique garden, office, craft room, children's play room or any form of spare room.

Specification
The chassis is of larch construction and the wheels are original artillery style from the 1920s. The walls and roof are made of galvanised corrusatted steel. The floor is constructed of reclaimed pine plakins. The internal cladding is pine tongue and groove, the leaded light windows are of 1930's vintage.
The hut is insulated with 40mm celotex. The electrical package includes an RCD consumer 4 wall lights and external lantern and two double sockets.
